Founded on the principle that the real decision makers of biodiversity conservation are the communities that share space with it, the Eastern Himalayan Naturenomics™ Forum has been a platform to foster a dialogue on the Rural Futures: Social-Environmental-Economic Interdependence and multi-disciplinary collaboration and innovation.
Programme
DAY 1

Global leaders engage in a dialogue on key components of the Rural Futures Framework such as rural livelihood, nature tourism, law & conservation, water and sanitation, etc. Grassroots leaders share their on-ground story. 

DAY 2

A workshop on understanding and adopting participatory practices, launch of an application. Day 2 engages the audiences and global leaders speak about key concepts such as link between ethnobotany and Rural Futures and traces the heritage of tea.
