Job Profile    

Title: NaturenomicsTM Executive

Report to: Operations Head, Eastern Himalayan Botanic Ark


Position Summary: Provide support to the Management personnel by effectively managing his schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative and analytical and research duties. It also requires considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and mature and independent judgment. This also requires leadership qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability. Much of the work is self-appointed, and requires a high degree of professional independence, initiative and self-discipline. 


Proficiency desired:

  • Post graduate degree from a recognized organization.

  • Extensive travel in different parts of Assam.

  • Working/enthusiast to work closely with indigenous communities of Assam and North East India.

  • Knowledge on indigeneity of eastern Himalayas.

  • Preference will be given to those candidates having personal laptop/camera/2 wheeler/4 wheeler driving skill with valid driving license.

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Data Processing & Interpretation skills.

  • Languages: English, Hindi & Assamese.


Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Business Development Deliverables.

  • Data Analysis.

  • Operations Management.




  • Managing day-to-day correspondences.

  • Checking & replying to mail correspondence.

  • Prepare, edit and distribute letters, matrix , schedules pertaining to events.

  • Prepare and archive Power point presentations.


Data Analysis

  • Ensure data analysis, critical thinking skills.

  • Analyzing data received from various divisions/groups, and assisting in such other corporate tasks assigned to him.

  • Manage plan and organize daily, weekly work calendar.


Schedule Management

  • Responsible for Schedule & Calendar Management.

  • Setting up speaking engagements and other appointments assigned to work.


Operation Management

  • Ensure Operational Plans & deliverables & Expense Budgets.

  • Making available all the information for Presentations like Events & Client servicing.

  • Systematically planning & monitoring the completion of deliverable job & keep follow ups.

  • Arrange for meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes for same and making the necessary business travel arrangements.

  • Serve as liaison with department managers to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications.


Coordination Management

  • Coordinate for events for product & call backs & also with production for final delivery timeliness & schedules.


Report, Analysis & Meetings

  • Prepare & submit weekly, monthly & project report.

  • Monitor & report on operation plans.


Special Projects & management

Coordinate for the ongoing & upcoming projects planned as per plans.
